Artwork Specifications
- BEST OPTION: Adobe Illustrator Files, saved as vector art. (click for detailed info)

- Other programs: save artwork as vector art in .eps format. (click for detailed info)
- Please provide your artwork in the highest resolution possible, at the actual desired printing size. (click for detailed info)

Upload Your File
* High resolution artwork will take a long time to upload because of the large file size, please only click the "upload" button once.
* If your file is larger than 75MB, please contact us to upload it.
Please convert all text to "outlines" in case you're using a font that we do not have. Color your text and graphics with standard Pantone or CMYK color mixes. If you are using an imported graphic in your Illustrator document, be sure to include the original graphic file. Place graphics at 100%. Save the file as an Illustrator or an EPS file, selecting version 6.0 or higher when given the option. Save and create artwork in vector format. Business cards generally require .125" bleed on all sides. If printing a business card with a black background, please use an enriched black to ensure the best outcome - CMYK settings for enriched black (C=40 M=30 Y=20 K=100).
Please save files in PDF format no LZW compression. Do not color an image in Photoshop. Color all text and graphics according to standard Pantone or CMYK color mixes. Please submit all files at the size being used for printing. Business cards generally require .125" bleed on all sides.
We may not be able to open all files from various image editing programs, please convert to Adobe formats whenever possible.
Please Send High Resolution Files
All Files must be a minimum of 600 DPI (Dots per Inch). This is normally a very large file. If the image you are going to send is on a webpage, it is most likely too small for use in printing. Please contact the designer of the image for the original high resolution version of the image. Many customers experience problems e-mailing large files due to server file size limits. You can use our upload link above to send your logo to us.
Click here to view an RGB version of the PMS color chart. This online chart is intended as a reference guide only. Computer video displays may not match industry identified color standards exactly. Always use current Industry Color Publications for most accurate color. To get a much more accurate idea of PMS colors, we recommend purchasing a print book available at any large bookstore or art supply store.
