
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: Check, Money Order, Visa, Mastercard, Electronic Funds Transfer.
Payment of entire invoice is required within 30 days of invoice date or receipt of goods, whichever is later.
We collect all applicable taxes for goods and services shipped into Texas. Customers in other states may be required to remit use taxes. If your organization is exempt, please supply us with your resale certificate.
Can I see a sample of my project?
Yes! We’re happy to send you a sample of item(s) you’re considering. We send the samples free of charge and in most cases they are yours to keep. Occasionally (for expensive items) we may ask you to return the item so we can keep our prices low for you. Our sample service is intended to help those who are seriously considering an item or are looking for ideas.
Some of the items we offer have ‘set-up’ charges (screen charges, die charges, etc.). It is important to note these are NOT art charges. These are charges to create the screen, die or other necessary items to imprint your specific logo. Keep in mind that if you place an exact reorder for the same item you do not have to pay the set up charge again.
If I make another order later, will I pay setup charges again?
No! If you place an exact reorder (same art and item) you aren’t charged a set-up charge again. Also, once we’ve done your logo in a digitized format for embroidery, we don’t charge you a new tape or digitizing charge to embroider any other item!
Will I see a proof before my order goes to production?
Yes, please request one at time of order.
The shipping method is determined by your in-hands date, location of your destination, time-frame and cost factors. Shipping is charged at prevailing freight rates by carrier and we can ship on your account if you would like. If freight charges are not specified on your Order Confirmation we will bill your freight post-shipment and may show up as a separate charge on your credit card.
What if I have multiple shipping destinations?
No Problem. Depending on the complexity of your shipping instructions we may have to add a per-location, drop-ship charge - usually $7.00 per location.
We ship all over the world. We prefer to ship Fedex International and can handle everything from Customs to packaging for an additional charge.
How can I find the status of my order?
Just call 214-353-9150. Please have your job number or customer name handy and we can answer your questions immediately. Keep in mind that you will receive a confirmation and your tracking information on the day that your order ships.
What if I need my product for a specific event date?
Please make sure that you provide a "Firm Event Date" when your order is placed. Production times stated on each product page are estimates only and vary according to manufacturer. Please advise us ahead of time if your in-hands date is firm or if you need your items by a particular time of day. Unless we are notified otherwise, we assume that the standard production time is appropriate. Also, please note that we reserve the right to adjust delivery times based on customer need. In other words, we may change your ship date by a day or so in order to accommodate a customer with a rush request. We will notify you immediately if we choose to do so.
What if I want to change or cancel my order?
You can cancel at any time prior to the order going into production. Once items have been imprinted with your logo, we can no longer accept a cancellation. If you need to change your order for any reason, please contact your Customer Care Representative (you’ll get an e-mail from them shortly after you place your order!) and they’ll be happy to assist you.
How do you handle overruns and underruns?
Because we produce items in bulk, we always try to run a few extra pieces in case there are quality issues. We want to make sure that you receive the best items we produce. Depending on the item that you order, that quantity can vary from 5% - 10%. We make every effort to meet your quantity exactly, but overruns are billable unless prior arrangements are made. This is a standard practice in our industry. Arrangements can be made prior to production to alter this policy and may require an additional charge.
